7

muscle regions scored, every scan

3 weeks

between scans — the plan rebuilds each time

invented scores: unclear photos are flagged, not guessed

Four steps, about five minutes

01

Tell us your week

Your goal, your experience, the days you can train, and the equipment you can actually reach — bodyweight at home or a full gym.

02

Take two photos

Front and back. An on-screen guide frames the shot and a timer gives you time to step back. No tape measure, no scale required.

03

Get scored

Seven muscle regions rated 1–10, front-to-back balance, left-right symmetry, and a composition estimate — with the reasoning shown.

04

Train the gaps

A multi-week plan built around your weakest regions, in priority order, with sets, reps, rest and progression already worked out.

The assessment

A read on your body, not a vibe

Every region is graded against the same fixed criteria, so two scans three weeks apart mean something when you compare them.

  • Shoulders
  • Chest
  • Arms
  • Back
  • Glutes
  • Quads
  • Calves

Plus balance and symmetry. Front-to-back development and left-right differences are called out separately — the imbalances that quietly limit everything else.

Your assessment

7 regions scored

  • Back4/10
  • Arms4/10
  • Calves4/10
  • Chest6/10
  • Quads8/10

Priority 1

Back — 4/10, well under your average. Two vertical pulls added to every week.

Your plan

Built for the body you have, not the average one

Priorities, not a template

Your regions are ranked by how far they sit below your own average and your goal's target. The plan spends its volume there first.

Fits the equipment you have

Bodyweight, dumbbells, bands, a full gym — the split adapts. Stuck away from the gym? Restructure the session in two taps.

Form cues on every exercise

Not just sets and reps: what the movement should feel like, and what to stop doing if it doesn't.

Progress you can see

Re-scan every three weeks. Side-by-side comparison shows what moved, and the plan rebuilds around what didn't.

Questions

How accurate is a photo-based assessment?

It's an estimate from what the photos show, not a body-composition scan. Bodyra grades each region against fixed criteria and tells you its confidence. Where a photo doesn't show enough — bad light, loose clothing, a cropped frame — it says so instead of guessing.

Do I need a gym?

No. Tell Bodyra you're training with bodyweight only and every session is built from movements you can do at home. Add dumbbells, bands or a full gym later and the plan uses them.

What happens to my photos?

They're used to produce your assessment and nothing else. Location metadata is stripped before analysis, they're stored privately, and you can turn off keeping them entirely — in which case they're deleted once the assessment finishes. You can delete any scan, or your whole account, at any time.

How often should I re-scan?

Every three weeks. That's long enough for real change to show and short enough to keep the plan honest. Bodyra tells you when you're due.

Is this medical advice?

No. Bodyra is a training tool. It doesn't diagnose anything, and if you have an injury or a medical condition you should talk to a professional before starting a new programme.
